Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Please let us know if you cannot make the appointment. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. A complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Visa or Mastercard.
